Terms of Use

1. About WINAKK

WINAKK is a map of businesses in Algeria and a place where businesses publish offers (deals, discounts, coupons) for the people around them. WINAKK shows offers; it does not sell the products or services. Each offer is made by the business that publishes it, and any purchase is between you and that business.

2. Using the app

• You can use the app without an account, for lawful and personal purposes only.
• A coupon is valid for the offer, the period and the conditions shown, at the business that published it, while the offer is live and within any quantity limit. A coupon can be redeemed once. It has no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred.
• Businesses must honour their offers. If a business refuses a valid coupon, tell us at contact@winakk.com.
• Business information on the map comes partly from open data and may be incomplete or out of date. Check important details, such as opening hours, with the business.
• Do not misuse the service: no false reports or ratings, no automated claiming of coupons, no attempt to reach data that is not yours and no interference with the service. We may block a device or an account that does.

3. Business accounts

• To publish offers a business needs an account, created by a member of the WINAKK team or by signing up and being approved. You confirm that you are authorised to act for the business and that the information you give is accurate and kept up to date.
• Keep your sign-in details confidential. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
• Only the owner of a business listed on the map, or someone authorised by the owner, may claim it. We may check a claim by phone and refuse one we cannot confirm.

4. Adverts and offers

• Your offer must be real, lawful, clear and available: the price, discount and conditions shown must be the ones you apply. Misleading offers, prohibited products or services and content that infringes someone else’s rights are not allowed.
• Every advert is reviewed before it runs. WINAKK, or the partner or regional manager in charge of your business, may approve it, ask for changes or refuse it, and may pause or remove a running advert that breaks these terms or receives justified complaints.
• You must accept every valid coupon presented within the conditions of your offer.
• You allow WINAKK, free of charge and non-exclusively, to show your business name, logo, photos and adverts in the app, on the website and in WINAKK’s promotional material while they are published and for a reasonable time afterwards.
• Adverts appear in WINAKK’s standard design.

5. Points and payment

• Adverts are paid for with WINAKK points. One point costs one Algerian dinar and is bought from a WINAKK partner or the WINAKK team, in cash or by any other method we offer. Bonus points and gift cards may be offered; they have no cash value.
• The price of an advert depends on the plan and the number of days, and is shown before you publish. Points are charged when the advert is published, after it has been approved; a refused advert costs nothing. Redeeming coupons is always free.
• Points can only be used for WINAKK services. They cannot be exchanged for cash or moved to another account, except where the law requires otherwise.
• Keep the receipt when you buy points. If a purchase was not credited, contact us with the receipt number.

6. Partners and regional managers

If you work with WINAKK as a partner or regional manager, these terms apply together with your agreement with WINAKK, including your commission, your stock of points and the settlement rules. You must hand in the cash you collect as agreed, give businesses correct information and a receipt, and use your portal access only for your work with WINAKK.

7. Our content

The WINAKK name, logo, app, website and design belong to WINAKK. You may not copy, change or reuse them without our written permission.

8. Availability of the service

We work to keep WINAKK available and accurate, but we provide it as it is. We may change, suspend or stop part of the service, and we update the app from time to time.

9. Liability

WINAKK is not a party to the dealings between you and a business, and is not responsible for the quality, safety or legality of a business’s products and services, or for a business refusing an offer. To the extent the law allows, WINAKK is not liable for indirect damage or loss of profit resulting from the use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that Algerian law does not allow to be limited.

10. Suspension and closing an account

We may suspend or close an account, or block a device, that breaks these terms, commits fraud or puts other users at risk. A business can close its account at any time by writing to contact@winakk.com; points already spent are not refunded, and we will discuss any unused points with you.

11. Personal data

How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

12. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by Algerian law. We will first try to settle any dispute amicably; write to contact@winakk.com. Failing that, the competent Algerian courts will have jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will publish the new version on this page with its date and, if the change is significant, tell you in the app or by email. Continuing to use WINAKK after that means you accept the new version.
